Absolutely. If you spent the weekend shopping and found the perfect ceiling fan, faucet, or tile, we are more than happy to simply provide the expert labor required to install it safely and up to code for you.

What if my house is a historic building?

Do you take out the garbage?

4. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins. Remaining balances are typically divided into milestone payments and final payment upon project completion. Late payments may delay ongoing work.

5. Access to Property

Clients agree to provide safe, timely, and uninterrupted access to the property during scheduled working hours. Restricted access or unsafe working conditions may affect project schedules and labor costs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing valuables, pets, and personal belongings prior to work beginning. Luxe Space Renovation is not responsible for damage caused by unsecured or fragile items left within active work areas.

7. Material Availability

Material colors, finishes, and models are subject to supplier availability. If selected products become unavailable, reasonable alternatives may be suggested for client approval before installation.

8. Delays Beyond Control

Luxe Space Renovation is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, shipping interruptions, utility outages, permit delays, labor shortages, or events beyond reasonable operational control.

9. Change Requests

Any requested changes after work has started must be approved in writing. Adjustments to the original project scope may result in revised costs, additional labor, or extended completion times.

10. Workmanship Standards

Luxe Space Renovation is committed to delivering quality craftsmanship using professional installation methods and industry-standard practices. Minor visual differences in handmade or natural materials may occur and are considered normal.

11. Manufacturer Warranties

Products, appliances, fixtures, and supplied components retain their original manufacturer warranties. Luxe Space Renovation does not independently extend or replace manufacturer warranty terms unless specifically stated in writing.

12. Site Safety

Clients should avoid active work areas during construction or installation periods. Luxe Space Renovation cannot be held responsible for injuries caused by unauthorized access to active workspaces or equipment.

13. Project Completion

Projects are considered complete when the agreed scope of work has been fulfilled. Clients are encouraged to review completed work promptly and communicate any concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations after approval may result in charges for completed labor, purchased materials, scheduling commitments, and administrative preparation already performed prior to cancellation.
